About the Opportunity A fast-growing design and engineering firm in Georgia is expanding its internal capabilities and seeking a Draftsman with strong Revit experience to play a key role in building out its in-house production team. With increasing project demand, this is an exciting opportunity to help establish efficient drafting workflows, support major commercial projects, and grow alongside a thriving organization. This role offers more than production work—you’ll be a foundational team member helping shape standards, processes, and the future of the firm’s design delivery. What You’ll Do Develop detailed construction documents and drawings using Revit Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to translate concepts into technical plans Assist in establishing and maintaining drafting standards, templates, and workflows Coordinate across disciplines to ensure accuracy and efficiency in project delivery Support multiple commercial projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met Contribute to improving processes as the in-house team continues to grow What We’re Looking For Drafting experience in architecture, engineering, or related fields Strong proficiency in Revit (required) Experience with commercial projects preferred Solid understanding of construction documents and detailing Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Self-starter with the ability to adapt in a growing, fast-paced setting Why Join Us?
